Hey, I really need to learn how to make some good 2d sprites for games...I can never ever find graphics artists, so I figure I''ll have to rely on my own programmer art, but the best I can do is pretty ugly...anyone know any great tutorials for MSPaint, Paintshop Pro, Fireworks, or ZBrush? Thanks. There''s someone with an animated gif of a sprite running that looks really cool. That''s the kind of stuff I want to make. -roy //#define IRONY -1

There is a tutorial on gamedev about this
http://www.gamedev.net/reference/art/features/notanartist

And this site has some good quality sprites for free
