can the REMOTE_ADDR be changed?
I''ve been thinking of writing a script that can count hits (very basic script) and tell unique and raw hits, but not using cookies. I''m going for IP detection to set the unique hits, but I read somewhere that the REMOTE_ADDR tag too can be changed somehow. I tried searching the web and I found some claims that said it can be done but gave *no* concrete evidence, so I wonder if anyone of you know for sure, if this can be done... Even a simple ''yes'' or ''no'' will do too
