Newbie array question

I have the following array which draws tiled bitmaps. At the moment it uses 9 different tiles drawn from a single bitmap. However, I want to call on more than 9 and so need to go into double figures. How would I go about setting up the array to accomodate more than the 9 I am using at the moment. Each number in the array follows directly on from the last so therefore I cannot type in a 12 for example. You must remove the star and write it like I did.
