I noticed that when code is typed in to the messageboards, the indentations and everything, basically get distorted. I know that there is a way to prevent this using HTML, but I''m not familiar with HTML. How is this done?

The >PRE< and >/PRE< tags can be put into text. I''ve inverted the > and < in there so that they would display at all..... They don''t get rid of irritations like double pipes becoming other symbols, but they help.
