I need help finding this game called "Erlands" I don''t know who wrote it but it is a very old computer game. So old in fact we used to play it with a floppy disk on our old TSR-80 color computer. This game was the only one on the block that ''all the women'' used to get together to play at my house, because we loved it. I do not know if it has been converted to play to Today''s Modern Computer. About this game: It involves a buying of stock (grain, sheep, fish, ships and land acreage.) It involves feeding the workers and getting a higher income for every year that elapeses through every play. It involves attaining a different levels of class, (ex. peasant, right up to being a King or Queen, depending on how mush profit you have , Soldiers to feed, grain to buy and sheep to feed, and how many acres you have bought which gives lyou more of everything and the more you have the more income you get.Each year your salary is more and you gain salary increases by how much stock you get. All in all it is a very pleasant game, can be played by one or up to 6 people and can last for hours and hours until the highest level is reached, (King or Queen). Since we''ve had our New PC , we could not play it at all, and I am wondering if anyone knows of a game just like this? Did they make one for the Modern Computers?
