How do I Interpolate two Matrices

I want to move and rotate smoothly between two matrices. Can you interpolate matrices? I just tried interpolating each factor in matrix one to matrix two and it didn''t work

Nevermind...dumb incomplete formula :/. I didn''t add the scaled float to the final equation.
