I took their flyer, and filed them away as they might be helpful.

We are now in need of setting up and planning multiplayer.

I have not used them, but the main thing to look for is battle tested infrastructure actually used by some number of other games.

If they can provide two reference customers that you've actually heard of, and that have some volume, that would be a pretty good sign.
