Improbable's M2 engine crowd demo

This is a load test for Bored Ape Yacht Club's Otherside project. A few thousand users in one scene. Client is running in a browser, server system is Improbable's M2 system, the successor to their SpatialOS.

Well, despite my usual rant, this manages to show me what massive player counts in a small area might enable. I see there is new potential, admitted. ; )

Yeah, I thought the whole Otherside thing was another NFT land scam and they'd never actually implement the thing. But it's supposed to open on July 16th.

It may be expensive to run, but since it costs US$3800 to get into the world and they already raised US$500 million selling virtual land, they have enough money to cover the server costs.
