So IDK why I forgot to post this here, but anyway…

So a few months ago we found out that there was another Honor Games.

I did some digging and it looks like it's just one guy from Russia.

He has a free demo on steam, looks like an asset flip.

Anyways,

We are Honor Games registered in California in 2017.

I contacted him, and he said he wanted to push it to steam to arbitrate.

I sent in a steam support claim and I guess he did too.

no response.

I don't expect steam to do anything.

I talked to my lawyer he said he even has a hard time getting a hold of steam too.

Not sure if there is anything I can do?

Not sure what will happen when we release our game on steam. not sure if we will have to go by anything other than our company name.
