Hello, there was a game that i really loved (UNO & Friends from Gameloft) the servers got shutted down in 2019 and this was my favourite game :(. Is there any way to recreate servers or play the game? I have an apk file and obb from the game

In general, no, it's not usually possible. Your best option is probably to re-build the game itself, either as a web app, or using some game engine with online support.

Then again, the “Uno” brand is owned by someone, and to actually use that name, you'd need to get an appropriate license.
