glCreateShader EXC_BAD_ACCESS with Xcode

glCreateShader throws error EXC_BAD_ACCESS with Xcode. I've read somewhere not to use glew on Mac but how to use glew? many thanks

ps: it works now while debugging in xcode but still crashes without debugging.

What is your target platform? MacOS, or iOS?

Some code wouldn't hurt….

Thanks but got it working. Not very familiar with Xcode, so not shure what my fault was. X-Plane, MacOS with my old Macbook.
