What kind of filters were used to render this image?

the screen comes from mobile strike commercial, i wonder how i could achieve such rendering

Looks like an offline render, and they achieve it by spending minutes for each frame? (It's not clear what you ask for.)

What i meant is what rendering techniques do they use and by that i meant what are the names: SSAO? etc.

If i'm right and this is offline, it is most likely path traced. (Hard to tell - not everything looks correct in the image)

So if they use AO, it's probably raytraced in worldspace. But becasue AO does not exist in the real world it is only used occasionally for artistic reasons in offline rendering.
The soft shadows do not look like AO, it's more likely real shadows from an area skylight.

Hard to tell if they use GI, or if it's just the soft shadows and accurate area light that makes the scene looking pretty realistic.

Such soft shadows are now possible in realtime with RTX. Metro Exodus would be an example (Which also generates one bounce of GI from the skylight).
