I'm a C++ programmer and coding on games in my free time. I basically never get stuff done, because im developing in a bubble of my own and loose motivation quite quickly when hitting problems along the way.

So now i'm searching for people who are working on their own hobby projects, to talk tech, share milestones and solve problems of our respective projects together.

Basically im neither searching someone to join my project, nor am i looking to join someone else. But instead i'm searching (or looking to start if there isn't one) a group of small hobbyists as a collaborative circle where you can share and talk about the details of the projects.

I feel your pain. Solo dev has been kicking my butt. Having gamedev-savvy friends to talk to is freakin amazing, especially when your games share a mutual interest.

My squad sorta drifted apart when we started using different engines, so I've been toying with ideas for a similar community... 5-10 solo devs, lots of peer pressure, focused feedback, linked by a mutual interest. Perhaps one of these days I'll put something together. Or not.

Anyway, my things are Godot and Linux. If you (or someone reading) would like to make typing-words... feel free to hit me up on discord organicpencil#4885
