Start Here First:

Welcome to the Unity Developers group! I've put some resources below to help you get started with Unity. Information below will be updated time to time.

https://unity.com/

https://store.unity.com/

You will come across three different options: Personal, Plus, and Pro. Don't let the top titles worry you which list "FOR BEGINNERS" or "FOR HOBBYISTS", ect.... You'll want to pay attention to the features and requirements.

Most people will start off with 'Personal' unless you're making more than the threshold of $100k (self funded or funded) per year.

You'll want to bookmark the documentation link here: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/index.html This will help you navigate through the many features of the engine and help to describe how to use the editor as well.

My Unity experience is dated back to the 3dBuzz / UDK era, so I'm playing catch up, and really happy with the improvements but still the familiar feel.
