2 TB Of Space

What operating system are you using? What graphics card do you have?

Do you have any programming experience? If not are you willing to learn to code?

AppGameKit should run okay on your system.

If you actually want to program your own stuff using a framework then you do have options like: libGDX -> https://libgdx.badlogicgames.com/
