does unity offer a free version and is it Full version or limited

Unity is indeed free, including pretty much all the features you could possibly want. The full version allows for more simultaneous players for multiplayer games you make, plus some auditing tools to help you improve your game using user data. thank you for replying so it shouldn't be a problem if i want to learn the engine 

No problem, I would highly recommend Brackey's channel, which will take you to a pretty good level of understanding of the engine. For more advanced tutorials you can have a look at Sebastian Lague's videos. Both links below.
