You may port the tutorials to Dutch so long as only the tutorials are used. Cloning the web pages themselves or any part of the site is not allowed. Please make sure you give NeHe and each respective author of the tutorials proper credits and/or links.

The idea sounds great by the way. Spreading the learning of OpenGL around is what NeHe''s site is all about and generally translations are allowed by him with permission.
