I think that what you propose can´t really be done on paper, as bringing a fourth race into the StarCraft setting would require a tremendous amount of balancing work.
Furthermore you should also try and integrate your new race into the story of StarCraft. Btw: you might want to give them a more technological look, I´d rather put them into the WarCraft setting from what they look like now.

Nice idea though.
