Hello GameDev.net,

My name is Arthur, I work as an advisor on many startups located on Madrid, Spain. I'm having a lot of troubles to assemble an indie team to work on a gameplay prototype. My skills are mainly on the business development side, so I cannot help with the programming. So here it is the offer:

We started working on a prototype that leverages the use of modern deep learning technologies applied to gaming. We have partnered with an AI platform that help us to create learning and evolutive Artificial Intelligence. But we lack on the proper Game Dev skills that would allow us to explore new gameplay concepts very fast.

We are a small team, having an agile concept and we are already winners of a few awards as the most innovative project. But we are having troubles to find the right talent, since our ecosystem is not very developed on the game development.

The term to complete the prototype would be around 7 weeks, having the weeks 8-9 meeting with a few key investors, publishers. Since we are on a business accelerator we have an strong link with them and a higher chance of success. The only thing we need is to validate the gameplay concept.

The overall concept is a cooperative FPS where players need to close fight waves of AI-driven machines on close combat procedural maps. We are looking for the following positions:

Lead / Junior Programmer (c++ mostly)

3D Generalist

Network Specialist

We understand Revenue Sharing is an usual way to distribute indie teams. But we understand some projects fails and create a lot of frustrations to programmers. We will sign a Collaboration Contract, in case of the project failure we will pay a flat fee to each team member from our own pockets or any fund raised during the completion.

Thank you for reading!

Best.
