i recently noticed that one of the original devs from Dynamix got the IP rights to Red Barron, updated the AI in RB3D, and released RB1, RB2, and RB3D on steam - all 3 for just $10. i have the original RB2 on CD. it works just fine on my win7 PC. RB features a seamless open world that stretches from Switzerland to the Channel, and models every aircraft on the entire front. you can fly from one end of the western front to the other and take part in any engagement on the way. It also features highly realistic physics and fllght models (wing snapping, anyone?) . if you want to check out a landmark title, now's a great opportunity. just watch out for that ground fire on your way back from no man's land - it'll get you every time!
