I have this "Education" varable which can be increased by budget setting (cost per turn) and by technolgies (+X to Education). So, far so good.
The effect of Education is an increase of research points per turn (10 education means +10% to research points). Mechanically it's good but... it makes no sense :D It should be called "Research points bonus" or something :D Or it should have a slight different effect or an additional effect maybe?
Note that the game is not a school system simulator, I just need a very small subsystem to allow some cute techs like "Brain drugs, +3 to education" and something to allow the player to invest in research points generation speed.
