Paper ... is to be used for packaging by food industry.
Oh, I forgot how heavily paper used especially by the meat industry.
(and ofcourse cereal boxes and most food products, which is probably what you were referring to)
Indeed, depending on nature of food it will either be a package made of paper or a can made of iron for most foods beyond basic ones like bread to allow local businesses to have price advantage as they avoid shipping cost.
Is there anything like education in game? could that consume paper (books, etc) to give you a boost to that? Does a final product need any purpose beyond luxury value? (So it makes money from consumers? or increases growth/value)
There will be education but not 100% sure how to fit it in yet. The problem that has to be overcome is mid/long term overproduction. I need to find a way for handling unemployment and somehow involving (high-tech?) companies not manufacturing something at the end.
At competitor's game there was a work skill basically increased every time you worked or studied which allows you to produce more, problem is in time whilst average production of players increase , number of players don't increase enough or even decreases therefore you have overproduction. And because everybody needs money to survive , every player needs either a job or own company.
Because of that I planned to make agriculture without any entrance barrier and a wormhole for excess labor. Also will make education not solely for more production but to achieve certain work skills. (like if you need that job at warehouse, get forklift skill)
