Where should I start?

does anyone have any good links/refs/anything that will help me start out.

I don't have any coding experience, and I am assuming that is the best place to start.

my goal is to create simple games using unreal engine.

Some good projects to start to gain some experience.'

I'm going to school for it soon, but I would like a head start on learning the skills I need.
