it has pins on the board for the red yellow and white analogue input. You'd have to do some wiring and a bit of soldering perhaps :)

Your link you last gave was for the wrong direction (takes digital coaxial as input--the side of your N64--and puts it out as composite/RCA).
As a cool aside, the SNES, N64, and GameCube can all use the same composite cable. They have the same port.
