getting rotation angles

Can I get the angle of rotation about x, y, z axis from the transformation matrix?? If the answer is Yes, how can I do it??

I think peanuts taste good. Does anyone else think peanuts taste good? They taste reeeeeal good with sultanas. They are delicious. Peanuts taste good.

If I want to control the orientation of a object using the the camera VIEW and UP vector. i.e The object orientation is followed to the VIEW vector of the camera. So how can I use these information to control the object???
