Microsoft have just announced the release of the "Community Edition" of Visual Studio 2013.
Essentially, this is nearly the full version of VS 2013 for free, and most importantly, it means I can use resharper at home!
Only thing I can't find is what (if any) the licencing restrictions are.
Based on the blog post I saw earlier you can do both commercial and non-commercial work with it as long as your team size is small (5 people?).
Yep. This is great for very small studios, the community edition should be equal to the professional edition, plug-ins support included D:

The only thing about licensing that I found so far is "This edition of Visual Studio is available at no cost for non-enterprise application development.". No idea what that means if you develop software at home and want to sell it.

Yes, I've seen those, but they're kinda vague IMO. I would like to see something that says exactly what the licencing terms are.

This is a good move on their part. Something logical, finally. Maybe Microsoft is getting sense? They are making a Windows 10, which is like 7.
