Can I use devcpp 4?

I have a question, can I use devcpp for game development?

It''s an IDE; you can use any IDE you want. As for the compiler you use, you can use any you wish (it uses the MingW32 port of GCC under Windows and GCC under Linux - it works under Linux, right?)

No, you can''t. I tried it and when I included "ddraw.h" it generated 31 errors while I hadn''t even written a single line of code!
