With american football season right around the corner. I believe a quarterback game would have some success. I am not quite sure how to design such a game or how the gameplay should work.

Here's like the only gameplay I could think of. You get a mini-playbook and choose your play and some outcome is displayed via various pictures as you try to march down the field.

Anyone got any idea's on how such a game should be played?
