that i could upload to youtube or put into a dropbox folder or something

like that?

What free lightweight and easy to use I could use to made it quick?

Use fraps, the demo should be able to record 30 secs. There're other options available, but fraps is one, if not the , best capture tool.

Is there possible to made 75 Hz video there ? - I used yesterday some program called cam studio (2.7) but the resulting avi was much slower

and looking quite different than my 75Hz app running
