Best GUI for adjusting parameters in tech demo?

Hey guys,

A while back I remember seeing a tech demo that used this cool GUI library. It had a simple side panel where you could adjust parameters by clicking/dragging on the item and it would show a circular control that used the angle of the arc as a way to adjust the parameter. I don't remember what it was called, but it looked really simple and sleek. Would that ring a bell for anyone (sorry for being vague...)?

At any rate, I'm looking for a super simple GUI for writing some samples, ideally one that just has a basic side panel with widgets. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Thanks!

After browsing around online for a while, I found the specific library I was thinking of:

AntTweakBar is pretty awesome, I use it for all of my samples now.
