Need book recommendations

Can anyone recommend some comprehensive reference books on the latest versions of the openGL and openGL ES APIs? Not complete beginner books, but ones that go deep into them.

Only two that come to mind (mainly because I just bought them for my Kindle) are the OpenGL Super Bible and OpenGL Programming Guide. Outside of that I don't know of anything recent because by the times book are released updates may have taken place to make them old at time of publication. As for OpenGL ES, I would say search Amazon and read reviews, but hopefully someone on here will be able to accommodate your request better than I have been able to.

This should help

It's a list of modern GL resources, tutorials, e-books and regular books. All of the books I would recommend.
