Understanding PhysX license...

I'm looking at the PhysX license and it says that it is "100% Free for both commercial and non-commercial use". It then says later that "For commercial use, the binary SDK is FREE for developers who make less than $100K in gross revenue". So what it's saying is that if you make less than $100k, it's free, otherwise you have to pay up. Is this right?

Thanks.

It seems to depend on the platform. On windows it seems to be completely free, on linux/ios/android it is only free if you make less than $100k. Best to take a look at the real license (EULA) of your choosen platform SDK.
