Subject says it all. Does anyone know how to get to the RGB value of a colour when given luminance and chrominance values? And/Or vica-versa. I ask because thats the way colour is encoded in TV transmissions - which I''m learning about, just every book I''ve looked in didn''t say anything, and my teacher doesn''t know either. So, anybody?
