I could use some opinions on the various sprites that ive received from various artists for an online browser-based RPG.

Here is a screenshot of the various characters:

Here are the criteria for deciding on a character:
- Uniqueness / iconic feel
- Familiarity
- Fun

Does anyone have any opinions on what type of character they like best?
Wouldn't this perhaps be better placed in Visual Arts?

Hmm, anyway. I like the one on the bottom left for its colors, they're very dynamic and it's lovely. But I can't read its face, and that's sort of an issue.

The one with the duplicate is static and the head feels awkward to me.

Can't really voice an opinion on the other two.

QFT

As for my opinion, they're all rather bland and typical, they look very generic.

The best one though is the guy in the bottom right, he's the only one that doesn't look completely static.
Am I missing something? Cause all I'm seeing are 3 characters from that screen shot.

One with a shirt off, a lizard man, and the first guy again, but with armor on?

Did you change the image on us or something? wink.png

The vegetation and stone items look good.

But as stated, the warrior/shirtless guy looks pretty generic, particularly his facial design.
