You are using CMake and for some reason CMake believes there should be a CMakeLists.txt in "C:/Users/[username]/Documents/Box2D/Box2D_v2.2.1" but there is not. Is it possible you have removed some files generated by CMake or moved the folder around after generation? Did the initial CMake generate complete successfully?
