I include ISP because for 2 connections of equal speed on diff isp''s, some sites will be faster for one than on the other (in my experiences anyway).

Not true my old friend, I''ve been using tucows since I don''t remember when. I even used it back when Linuxberg.com was a totally seperate web site...
