I'm trying to make a budget desktop used just for developing video games and also a little bit of gaming ( Lineage 2 or WoW). I am really new to building computers since I haven't had really any help with picking out parts so I am not sure all these parts will even work together. Also the case I have only can use micro ATX / ATX motherboard. Do you think all these parts will run fine ? Also will I be good just using the motherboards onboard gfx card ? Any help would be great !

Is this a good desktop build ?

I would really recommend that you not go with a refurb 10,000 rpm drive. Refurb drives are a really bad bet when it comes to the risk of losing all you data, and 10,000 rpm drives tend to last a much shorter time to start with - not to mention, 74 GB is minuscule in this day and age.
Grab a nice, new, 7,200 rpm western digital instead, with a terabyte capacity. Or if you really don't mind the tiny size, go for a much faster SSD.

Oh sorry didn't relize it was a private link. Ya wasn't sure how long that drive would last, was trying to go for faster but it probly won't be better.
That's also a truly terrible GPU. If you absolutely have to go with an integrated GPU, I'd go for a Radeon 3000/4000 series, which will be significantly faster.
But if you can at all afford it, you can pick up a Radeon 6670 for $80, which is an entirely respectable card for the low-end of gaming.

My budget is around 450$. If you have any suggestions of parts I could change up to make this build cheap but useful for my needs that would be amazing !

Your processor and motherboard are both solid choices, PSU is plenty big, RAM is... well... RAM (not much to choose from in that area).
If you stick the Radeon 6670 in there, you should still be well under $450, and you will have an OK gaming rig (not going to play Crysis on maximum, but plenty for WoW and Lineage).
And then make a value judgement on whether speed or capacity is worth more to you, and either go with the 60GB SSD or a terabyte hard drive.

I've had bad issues with radeon before. Are there any cheap nvidia cards that would work with this setup ? Also I'm not sure if the ram I picked out will fit or worked with the motherboard I have ? There's a lot of different choices that have me a little confused.

Sure, you can pick up a GT 550 for the same price. It's a lot slower than the Radeon though - AMD has a considerable performance advantage in the low-end.
And everyone had problems with the old ATI drivers (myself included), but they have caught up in the last few years. I've never had a lick of trouble with my last 2 AMD cards.

As I said, RAM is pretty much RAM. Your choices will work fine together.
