Is this a good desktop build ?

I'm trying to make a budget desktop used just for developing video games and also a little bit of gaming ( Lineage 2 or WoW). I am really new to building computers since I haven't had really any help with picking out parts so I am not sure all these parts will even work together. Also the case I have only can use micro ATX / ATX motherboard. Do you think all these parts will run fine ? Also will I be good just using the motherboards onboard gfx card ? This is very true. If we haven't scared away the OP yet, I'd suggest he take way2lazy2care's advice, and sink his spare cash into an i5-2500K instead of a video card.
