Has anyone noticed that Xcode crashes like mad when making groups and moving files into groups?

Also, can someone tell me if 4.2 (4C199) is a beta version? Is there something more stable?

I have Snow Leopard, so I can't get that version. Also, my computer doesn't support Lion. Is that version really that much better?

I don't know if Xcode 4.2.1 would fix your crashing issues. I mentioned it because 4.2.1 is the only Xcode version currently available that is newer than the one you have.
