Hi, I tried to configure my French-Canadian keyboard using /usr/sbin/kbdconfig but that doesn''t work. Is there any good old console mode command I could use for that, or any /etc/config file I should edit? I''m obliged to create and modify my C++ source files using the editor of ( vomit on the keyboard ) Windows Visual C and copy them to my Linux directory. Please help me so uncle Bill won''t hold me by the balls anymore TIA for any help Jacques in Montreal

I''m not French, so I can''t help you directly. However, I recently saw a French Linux HOWTO on http://www.linuxdoc.org/ which seems to be quite extensive. Linuxdoc is pretty well organized, so you shouldn''t have any trouble finding the howto.
