Is Assembla.com (the free shared SVN host) stable?

I use Assembla free SVN service.

Very often at my home, it's very hard to connect to either the SVN or the web site.
I don't know if it's due to assembla.com is not stable enough or because the network at my home is too bad.

If you use assembla.com, is it often unstable? Or it's always stable?

Thanks
