I programm in Delphi3, but i cant do DDraw. I mean i got some libraries, but i cant make them work. I also have Microsoft Visual C++ but i dont know how to use it. Does anybody know where to get stuff about MS Visual C++ or C++ in general of DDraw free on-line?

There are many sample programs that come with the DX SDK.
I would also recommend reading "Inside DirectX". It helped me very much.
