I looked around a bit and cant' find any free or cheap if possible, water splashing tilesets that I can animate(billboard) e.g. an explosion

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks for the reply, but I was hoping for a tileset of say 32 128x128 .png texture files that I could loop through....
