Huhu!
I just came acros a problem, which i was wondering someone could help me with.
I just made my first "good" 3D charakter, lots of hasle, time and work. 245Bones, Uv-map, handpainted texture, fully weighted etcetc.
But how to animate the ears???
Seriousely while animating hands and legs is fine i dont want to end up animating every of the 8 ears this thing has by itselfe.
Is there a way of saying the 3d moddel that the selected ear-bones sort of "swing" freely and add gravity somehow?

How to animate a long ear?
Do you have a ragdoll physics package or a rope physics package?
I believe it's also possible to hand-animate 1 ear and copy the animation to the others, maybe then tweaking slightly so they don't move in perfect synchrony.

I want to help design a "sandpark" MMO. Optional interactive story with quests and deeply characterized NPCs, plus sandbox elements like player-craftable housing and lots of other crafting. If you are starting a design of this type, please PM me. I also love pet-breeding games.
