If i got the idea right you mean: People can post projects where a composer does submit a score which would fit the project-into your library for sale, so the project poster would not have to buy the score in the end if he don´t like it?
And in order to use it he would have to buy the special made tracks from the store?

P.S. A 30sec spot for "$20,000" Hm? Thats a little very low budget, ore do you mean just for music production?

PS To answer your question...think of it as a classified ad, except you don't pay unless you find exactly what you want. Composers will create and submit original scores, tailored to your description, and then if you like one, you can license it at the original price that you stated.

These are quite impressive statements. Care to list any of the composers that have won work on your site? (Especially the high(er) profile composers alluded to in the above statements.) Or any of the games your website has helped license/contract out music? Or any major ad agencies that have used this website? Or which retail store radio jingle you just won?

I'm not trying to be rude but talk is cheap. The proof is in the pudding. (Hmmm..... pudding.)

Another important question - what happens to music that isn't selected? Does the composer have to pay any kind of fee to submit the music? Who owns the music after it is submitted if it doesn't win the bid? Does it sit in a pool of licensable music or is the composer free to shop the unused music cue around independently of your website?

This is the most songwriter friendly website and service there is. Composers retain all of their ownership to the music, SAS never touches the back end, and the composer is free to shop around all of the music that they write (both on and off of the site--we are completely non-exclusive!).
