You would jump in, learn the ropes, and begin adding features, managing volunteer staff and supporting the community while OGN cranked up the marketing machine to bring new users to the site. You must have moderate to advanced PHP, &#106avascript and MySQL skills,, basic graphic manipulation skills, user interaction/customer service experience. UNIX server administration capabilities a plus.

Compensation – 50% of gross revenue earned from the game. Potential for $10,000+ monthly earnings.
