Hi and thanks for taking the time to read

I'm doing some 3D Work, including 3D Quake Arena type Levels, and Terrain Maps like in 3D RPG's. I am wondering if there is any easy "none programer skills" way for me to take the 3D Level, with tree's, buildings etc. and make it into a explorable application.

Probebly a dumb question, I know VRML does this to some slow rendering degree. but I don't think people really use VRML. I'm hoping for a EXE or Web Application someone might know of that would let me do this, with just walking or flying through the level terrain.

I prefere free at this stage, but I don't mind purchasing 3D Game Maker or something like it, for less then 100$

My intentions are to make a free game graphics resource site for people to download content from. So to better showcase levels and to see how my levels play in a game setting, I would love a way for me to have a downloadable application showcasing a large gaming world to explore.

Thanks again.

P.S.

As a long time Truespace user I'm finally making the plung into Blender. Always overwhelmed me while truespace was always easy. Now I used Blender to take a Gimp created Heightmap and turn in into a 3D Terrain. And it's been around a year sence I've taken a peek into blender. This time all the features seem more exciting than overwhelming. And I know Blender is more High End and alot more feature rich then truespace, and might maker a smoother transaction to SoftImage or 3DSM.

Anyway, just wanted to share that tid bit of info.
Blender has a built in game engine which you may be able to use to make the levels explorable - I've not spent much time using it though. Alternatively use one of the freely available engines, for instance Unreal have provided the UDK for free, there is also Unity.
