I'm going to make a totally random suggestion. What about something that doesn't directly relate to the sky-piratey-steampunk theme?

Is there a story arc in the game? what about something relating to that?

Not saying the other names are bad, just offering you an alternative.

BTW, I was listening to Led Zeps Houses of The Holy album as I looked at this thread and "Over the hills and far away" came on. Dunno why, but I kinda like that as a title...

Looks a lot like Skies of Arcadia (RPG on the Dreamcast, and I think ported later to the GameCube) with the floating islands and airships, which is a good thing as Skies of Arcadia was an awesome game.
