How do i set the current read directory relevant to the main exe??? ~prevail by daring to fail~

Say what?
Are you using C/C++? Console or Win32?
If your are programming just a plain console app, argv[0] will contain the full path name of the program. Just chop of the foo.exe

the include is direct.h, and chdir will do that
