I'm working on Starscape at Kongregate.com and I'm to the point that I want to start replacing placeholder graphics. What I would like is a pay per sprite/set arrangement. I'm trying out fiverr.com. I ordered a background star scape for the game. There are several artists, but none seem to be pixel artists for sprites. Is there another site like this already set up? Does this seem like a workable situation for artists? For teams needing art?
